“The wine looks like liquid silver. There are hints of pear and nectarine with a mandarin skin scent slowly revealing itself. On the palate there is a creaminess mouthfeel while subtle honeysuckle flavours tease you with a suggestion of sweetness. The wine finishes with a ginger-like warmth and spice.”
